Opening Your First US Office? We Are Your US IT Department.

You have a headquarters somewhere else and a growing team in the US. You need someone on the ground who handles everything from the identity setup to the door locks. That's us.

The Problem With Running US IT From Abroad

Your home office IT team is excellent. They are also eight time zones away, cannot receive a laptop shipment, cannot meet the ISP installer, and do not know which US vendors to trust.

What usually goes wrong

  • First US hire starts with a personal laptop and a Gmail account
  • The office lease is signed before anyone checks for internet or cabling
  • US vendors (ISP, phone, hardware) get list price because nobody negotiates
  • US customers ask for SOC 2 and the home office compliance does not cover the US entity
  • Staff buy their own SaaS and AI tools on company cards

What we do instead

  • Extend your existing identity (Okta, Google, Microsoft) to the US entity, or stand one up
  • Procure, image, and hand deliver laptops to your US hires
  • Scout the office for connectivity before you sign, then build it out
  • Negotiate and manage every US vendor on your behalf
  • Get the US entity SOC 2 ready and answer customer security questionnaires
  • Coordinate with your home office IT team in their hours and ours

A Typical First 90 Days

Every company is different, but this is the shape of it.

Week 1 to 2

Discovery with your home office IT

What you already run, what stays global, what becomes US local. Written division of responsibilities. US vendor shortlist.

Week 2 to 4

Identity, devices, and tools

US users in your identity provider, SSO and MFA, laptops ordered and imaged, business accounts for collaboration and AI tools with admin controls.

Week 3 to 8

The office

Connectivity ordered, network and Wi-Fi designed, cabling, conference rooms, cameras, door access. Our installers, our supervision, your schedule.

Week 6 to 12

Security and compliance

Endpoint protection and MDM on every US device, security training, policies aligned with the home office, SOC 2 readiness if US customers require it.

Ongoing

We run it

Onboarding every new US hire, support in US hours, vendor renewals, quarterly review with you and your home office IT lead.

Also a Fit If You Are a US Startup Making Your First IT Decision

Ten to fifty people, no IT person yet, and the founder is still the one resetting passwords. We become the IT department until you are big enough to hire one, and then we help you hire them.

1

Set Up Right the First Time

Identity, devices, security, and tools done properly at 15 people is ten times cheaper than fixing it at 60.

2

Pass Your First Security Review

The first enterprise customer will send a questionnaire. We make sure you can answer yes.

3

Hand Off When Ready

When you hire in house IT, everything is documented and we move to co managed or step back. No hostage situation.

Tell Us About the Office

Where it is, how many people, when the first hire starts. We will come back with a plan and a quote within a few days.
